He served three years on The United States Junior Chamber Training Task Force where he both authored and presented training programs for the US Jaycees. He is the 22nd Junior Chamber member in the world to earn the designation of International Training Fellow (ITF) of the Junior Chamber International Training Institute. He has trained leaders from around the world in Glasgow, Scotland and Pusan, Korea.

Rick has worked with leaders and managers from both profit and non-profit companies. He has provided opportunities for leaders in these companies to learn and understand new skills and feel more confident using those skills. The results have been leaders with greater abilities, proficiency and confidence.

She was also elected National Vice President of The US Junior Chamber and served as charter chairperson of its Training Task Force.

She has had the opportunity to train in 32 states and has conducted training programs in Hong Kong, Scotland and Korea. She earned the designation as the 23rd International Training Fellow (ITF) of Junior Chamber International.
