Who can benefit from P1 Instructional Design Services?

Our services are for (1) people who are too busy to design their own pages, (2) people who don't believe they are very good at page layout and design, or (3) people who desire to give their pages a new style and look. Large training firms often have their own design and layout departments to create their presentation materials. What types of pages/documents do you do?

We have re-designed Handouts, Job Aids, Handbooks, Study Aids, Workbooks, Signs, Instruction Sheets, Agendas...and more.

If I wanted to use your P1 service, how would it work?

You send us, via fax, USmail or email,  your pages containing not copyrighted, non-technical information. We will re-design and re-layout the content on your pages. We will also add, as you choose, your company logo, name, address, phone/fax/cell phone numbers, your web address and your email address in the footer of each page. You will receive, via USmail, 8-1/2" x 11", single-sided, black & white laser-printed pages...ready for you to photocopy and distribute.

Why would I want to use your services?

There are a few reasons.

(1) Professionalism. The pages you distribute tell others about you and your company. If those pages contain streaks, are photocopied crooked, have difficult-to-read passages or have been made from 12th generation originals, others may not form the best opinion of you and your organization. You don't want that.

(2) Success. You have bid on a job, or you have been awarded the bid for an important job. You want to ensure that everything is perfect -- including the look of your training papers. Our service can provide that perfect look.

(3) New look. You believe it's time for a change. You're ready to give your pages a new style and appearance. You want a new image.

(4) Time. You'd like to re-do your pages but you're...busy. Let us design your pages for you.

How long does it take?

After we receive your pages, you will usually have your new pages within 10 days. If we anticipate the time to be longer, we will let you know at the time you place your order. A RUSH ORDER status is available.

There's another advantage for me to use your service?

There is and we believe it is an important advantage. Members of the P1 Instructional Design Team are trainers and presenters themselves. If you choose, [and suggestions are offered at no extra cost] we will discuss with you the best way to design your pages for how and where they will be used. A handout is often designed differently from a workbook or handbook page. Ask us for our advice. We want your pages to be the best.

Of course, I want to know how much it costs.

Our 7x Special is our most popular package -- and an easy way to try our service. We will re-design up to seven 8-1/2" x 11" pages for $39.95.

What about copyrighted material?

We cannot design or layout pages with someone else's copyrighted information. Don't ask us to make a handout, for instance, of a page from a Steven Covey book. We won't. [We can't, legally.] If, on the other hand the information  is YOUR copyrighted material, we can/will include a copyright sign on the page...to help protect you.

You'll put my logo on the pages?

Yes. If you choose, we will place your logo in the footer of each of your pages. Note that logo reproduction will only be as good as the original you send us. Note also that if the graphic you send us is in color, it will not reproduce as well as a black & white original.
